Everything you log in Solid — your weight, your doses, what you eat, how you feel — is stored on your own phone. It is not uploaded to us. We cannot see it, and we could not hand it over even if someone asked us to.
If you turn on backup, your data is copied to your own iCloud or Google account, not ours.
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. There are no ads in Solid.

Solid is a logbook. It records what you enter and shows it back to you. That includes:
All of it is kept locally on your device. Solid has no server holding your health records.
If you enable device backup, your entries are included in your own iCloud or Google account backup, governed by Apple's or Google's terms — not ours. We have no access to that backup.
If you connect Apple Health, Solid reads only the values you explicitly permit, and only to display them to you. That data stays on the device. Solid never writes your Health data to any server, and never uses it for advertising.
Very little, and none of it is health data:
Solid contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party trackers and no behavioural profiling.
Health data is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. Because your entries never leave your device, we do not process them at all. Where we do process data — your subscription status and any support correspondence — the legal bases are performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the app (Article 6(1)(f)).
You can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, receive a copy, or object to it. Write to info@emozionivirtuali.it and we will reply within 30 days.
In practice, your health entries are already entirely under your control: Solid can export them, and deleting the app deletes them from the device. If you have backup enabled, remove them from your iCloud or Google account too.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or to the authority where you live.
Your entries stay on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are deleted within 24 months.
RevenueCat processes data in the United States under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Everything else stays with Apple, Google, or on your own device.
Because your health entries never reach us, the most effective protection is the one already on your phone: your passcode, Face ID or fingerprint, and device encryption. Keep your device locked and your operating system updated.
Solid is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used Solid, write to us and we will act.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you inside the app before it takes effect.
